How Do I Claim My Discount At A Participating Business?
Sign in to your Barakah account and show your active digital member tag when you make your purchase. If you have a physical Barakah key tag, you can show that instead.
How Do Online Offers Work?
Open the business profile in the Offers And Locations directory. When an online offer is available, its redemption instructions or member code will appear on that profile.
Do I Need A Physical Barakah Tag?
No. Your active digital tag is available from your member account. A physical key tag can also be used when one has been issued to you.
Where Does My Membership Contribution Go?
Membership contributions help sustain community programming, beginning with youth programs delivered through CYD Center. Barakah will keep supported-center information visible as the network grows.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Membership?
Yes. You can open billing from your member profile to manage your subscription. If a paid membership ends, you can still access your account and billing information, but the member tag becomes inactive until you resubscribe.
What If A Business Does Not Recognize My Tag?
Show the live status on your digital tag and the offer terms on the business profile. If the issue continues, use the contact link in your profile so the Barakah team can follow up.
